"Verified" is the most overused word on the Indian services internet. It usually means someone took a photo of an Aadhaar card. Here is what it means on BlueCoordex, step by step, so you can judge it for yourself.

Every professional goes through all four stages before they can accept a single booking.

1. Background check

We check that the person is who they say they are and that there is nothing in their history that should keep them out of your home. A provider who does not clear this stage is not listed. There is no "provisional" or "pending" tier that quietly takes bookings anyway.

2. Identity verification

Government-issued identity, matched against the person who actually turns up. This is the step that protects you from the most common failure in this industry: a verified account, an unverified stranger at your door.

3. Skill assessment

Being trustworthy and being good at the work are different questions. We assess the trade itself — can this electrician do the job, can this tutor teach the board and class they claim. A clean background check does not substitute for competence.

4. Certification review

Where a service legally requires a qualification, we check it. Healthcare and education are the obvious cases: registration, degrees, teaching credentials. We look at the document, not at a claim on a profile.

After verification

Verification is a gate, not a certificate you keep forever. Once a provider is listed:

  • We monitor how their jobs actually go. Ratings and feedback from completed bookings feed back into whether they stay listed.
  • They cannot buy their way up. There are no paid placements and no purchased ratings. A provider cannot pay to have a bad review removed.
  • Disputes stay visible. If a job goes wrong we work with you to resolve it — but we do not quietly delete the record of it afterwards.

What this costs you

Nothing. Verification is our job, not a fee we pass on. You do not pay to be shown a provider who has been checked; that is the baseline, and a platform that treats it as a premium feature is telling you something about its default.

Questions about a specific provider before you book? Ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we verified and when.
