Terms of Service
The agreement between you and BlueCoordex when you use the platform.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Draft — pending legal review. This document was prepared from how BlueCoordex actually operates, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and BlueCoordex is not yet incorporated. Treat it as a good-faith statement of intent rather than a final agreement. Questions? Ask us — the contact route is at the bottom of this page.
What BlueCoordex is
BlueCoordex is a coordination platform. We connect you with independent service providers across Health, Education, and Everyday Services, and we help you book, track, and pay for that work.
We are not the service provider. The plumber, tutor, nurse, or electrician who attends to your request is an independent professional or business. The contract for the work itself is between you and them. This distinction matters, and the rest of these terms follow from it.
Verification is a process, not a guarantee
We verify providers before they join the platform — checking identity and the credentials relevant to their trade. Verification means we have done those checks in good faith. It is not a warranty of the outcome of any particular job, and it does not make us liable for a provider's work.
If a provider does not meet the standard we set, tell us. We investigate every complaint and remove providers who do not meet it.
Using the platform
To use BlueCoordex you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian make the booking for you.
- Give accurate information when you register and when you request a service.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself.
- Treat providers and our support team with basic courtesy.
You must not use BlueCoordex to:
- Request anything unlawful, or anything that puts a provider at risk.
- Impersonate someone else, or book on false pretences.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against providers, customers, or staff.
- Circumvent the platform to avoid fees after we have introduced you to a provider.
- Scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
Bookings
A request becomes a booking once a provider accepts it and we confirm it to you. Quoted prices are estimates until the provider has assessed the work — for many trades, the true cost cannot be known before someone has looked at the problem. Where the cost will exceed the estimate, the provider must tell you before continuing.
You can cancel a booking. Depending on when you cancel, a fee may apply — see the Refund Policy.
Payments
Payments are processed by an established Indian payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. Depending on the service you may pay a platform fee, a visiting or site fee, a service charge, and the cost of any materials — each is shown to you before you confirm.
Providers
If you join BlueCoordex as a service provider, you additionally agree to:
- Hold the licences, registrations, and insurance your trade requires.
- Provide accurate information about your skills, pricing, and availability.
- Turn up when you have accepted a booking, or give timely notice when you cannot.
- Quote honestly, and get the customer’s agreement before exceeding an estimate.
- Handle customer information only for the job it was given to you for.
Our responsibility, and its limits
We are responsible for running the platform with reasonable care — coordinating your request, handling your data as described in our Privacy Policy, and supporting you when something goes wrong.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, timing, or legality of the work an independent provider performs, and our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid BlueCoordex for the booking in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
The platform is provided as-is. We aim for it to be available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
When something goes wrong
Contact us first. Most problems — a provider who did not turn up, work that was not done properly, a charge you do not recognise — are resolved fastest by telling our support team directly. We will investigate, mediate with the provider, and where appropriate arrange a refund or a repeat visit.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be communicated to you directly. Continuing to use BlueCoordex after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. Once BlueCoordex is incorporated, the specific seat of jurisdiction will be named here.
