BlueCoordex organises everything it coordinates into three tracks. Not seven verticals, not a grid of thirty tiles — three, because that is how many categories a person can actually hold in their head while deciding where their problem belongs.
Nothing was dropped to get there. All 28 services are still individually bookable; they are just grouped under the track they belong to.
Health
Doctor consultation · Home nursing · Lab tests at home · Physiotherapy · Mental health · Pharmacy delivery · Ambulance · Diet and wellness
At a clinic or at your doorstep. This is the track where the certification review in our verification process does the most work — for anything clinical we check registration and qualifications before a provider is listed.
Education
Home tutors · Online classes · Coding classes · Exam coaching · Skill training · Workshops · Career counselling · Language classes
Online or in person. Education is priced differently from the other two tracks: each course and each workshop is priced on its own rather than sitting under a flat service charge, because a six-month board coaching programme and a weekend workshop are not the same purchase.
Everyday Services
Plumbing · Electrical · Carpentry · Painting · AC and appliance repair · Home cleaning · Pest control · Cabs and travel · Tiffin and catering · Events and celebration · Beauty and salon · Emergency help
The largest track, and the one most people arrive through. It covers the house, the commute, the food and the occasion.
Why emergency help is not a fourth track
A burst pipe at midnight is not a category you browse. Making "Emergency" its own track would put it one more click away from someone who has no clicks to spare.
So emergency help sits inside Everyday Services in the list — but on our homepage there is a permanent urgent-contact strip above the three cards, with a phone number and a pre-filled WhatsApp message. If it is urgent, you never have to find the right category at all.
Not sure which track your problem is in?
Message us and describe the problem in your own words. Working out which service you need is our job, not yours.
